We have so many opportunities coming up, 2 of them kick off this coming week!

Running Course starts Monday! This is a cool and unique format because much of it will be done at your convenience. There will be an in person class on Monday, Feb 2nd at 6:30pm, and the last week.  The rest will be delivered online! You will be able to have access to Coach Jennie to get feedback and ask questions. Paladin Strength starts Tuesday night and will be Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm and will also last 6 weeks. You will get a TON out of this! The last session’s participants enjoyed it so much they are doing it again!
