We only do 2 nutrition challenges per year, and the first one is right around the corner. Like, literally. 2 weeks away… Our last one sold out, and we fully expect this one to as well, so I do not recommend waiting until the last minute to sign up- you may not be able to!
This will be a 6 week long partner challenge! So find a partner- any partner- and get ready to make some real changes in your nutrition habits! This IS NOT a restrictive fad diet. It’s about implementing healthy and sustainable habits to lead to better health and a better relationship with food. It’s a great starting point, and many will go on to individual coaching after getting the great intro into better nutrition that the challenge will provide.

It should be noted that if you want INDIVIDUAL coaching specific to you, including calorie/macro targets and meal plans with exact portion sizes for your body, goals, and activity level, or help with specific planning, goals, etc then you need to sign up for INDIVIDUAL Nutrition Coaching. I currently am at capacity with individual clients and do not have any spots available. There will be at least 2 spots open by mid February as we are bringing on another nutrition coach! However, the challenge is a perfect entry point into nutrition coaching, and at completion of the challenge you can then continue with individual coaching (THE BEST OPTION FOR SUCCESS).
