It’s time for round 2! This 6 week long course will undoubtedly help you improve your strength. Coach Jennie combines a great mix of traditional lifting and accessory work- including unilateral movements to help even out imbalances side to side. Oh, and let’s not forget the pull-up work!
The next session starts Tuesday, Feb 2. Classes will be Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:30pm.
