Q: What brought you to CrossFit Paladin in the first place?
A: MOVING TO LUBBOCK, SEARCHING THE INTERNET AND VISITING DIFFERENT CROSSFIT GYMS TO GET A FEEL FOR THE CULTURE AT EACH OF THE GYMS.
Q: What was your first impression? How has it changed?
A: PEOPLE WERE VERY WELCOMING! COACHES MEET YOU RIGHT WHERE YOUR AT WHETHER JUST BEGINNING OR FULL-ON ATHLETE. THERE’S ALSO, A LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM WHERE COACHES ARE STRIVING TO BE BETTER IN LEARNING TOO! I LOVE THAT THIS WASN’T JUST A GYM FOR THE YOUNG AND FIT BUT REALLY FOCUSES ON ALL PEOPLE AND PROPER TECHNIQUE AND HELPING PEOPLE BECOME THEIR BEST SELVES THROUGH NUTRITION, PROPER FORM, MODIFICATIONS, CLASSES GEARED TOWARD SPECIFIC SKILLS AND OF COURSE I LOVE CROSSFIT KIDS!!!
Q: What was one of your first “bright spots”? (BIG ACCOMPLISHMENT YOU WERE PROUD OF)
A: LORI G MORE THAN I THOUGHT I COULD. TECHNIQUE IS A HUGE PART OF THAT.
Q: What do you enjoy most about CrossFit Paladin?
A: THE CAMARADERIE AND ENCOURAGEMENT.

A: HONESTLY ANYTHING! I LOVE FOOD!

A: MY HUSBAND IS A FAMILY PRACTICE MEDICAL DIRECTOR OF A HOSPITAL AND WE HAVE 5 KIDS RANGING IN AGE FROM 9-18.
Q: What kind of job do you have?
A: STAY AT HOME MOM.
Q: What are some of your hobbies?
A: CROSSFIT, SKIING, SINGING, COOKING, TRAVELING, HIKING
Q: Is there anything else you would like for us to know about you?
A: I HAVE 3 GOALS AND I’VE MET THEM EVERY TIME!
MICHELLE IS A MEMBER WHOSE ALWAYS ACCEPTING THE CHALLENGES PUT IN FRONT OF HER. SHE’S BEEN AMAZINGLY CONSISTENT SINCE DAY 1. SHE MADE PROGRESS IN SO MANY AREAS. WE ARE GRATEFUL TO HAVE MICHELLE!
