Being a former high school athlete and always playing intramural sports through college, I was missing the challenge and competition of workouts and the camaraderie of working out with people. Coach Dustin started coaching at CrossFit Paladin in May 2020 and has been such a great addition to our team! You’ll find him mostly coaching the 8:30am class, with an occasional evening or Saturday class thrown in. He also still enjoys working out in our group classes, most often at 4:30pm.
