How to Cook Spaghetti Squash

This is one of the most commonly asked cooking questions I get asked- how the heck do you cook spaghetti squash? Well, this is my favorite way.

You need to have a sharp knife and solid counter to cut it in half.

Then, scoop out the seeds and other gunk.

Run a little olive oil around the rim. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Place face down on a baking sheet (I line it with parchment paper).

Pop in the oven at 375 for 45-60 minutes.

Once the top is a little soft, take it out of the oven and flip them over to cool.

Once they’ve cooled enough to handle, use a fork to scrape all the “meat” out. Done!

We always top it with marinara with ground beef or turkey, or my new Costco find- Jones chicken meatballs! But you can really use it for just about anything you would normally use noodles for.
