Here is a great challenge for you this week. The rules are simple- accumulate 10 miles outside walking, running, biking, or any other “you-powered” activity. Using stationary equipent like stationary bikes, treadmills, and rowers does not count.
This will be a great opportunity to add some activity back into your day to day lives, and also get out in nature- which is beneficial to our health for many reasons! So, give it a go!
